Was intending to take our Mog to the local group dinner today. SWMBO opted for the tin top which was just as well. Our sailing lifejackets were in the loft! There is so much water around here most of the roads seem like streams.

A few days ago "Thursday" finally a dry day.
So Morgan out, to go en see a artwork for the Venice Biennale, that will stay at the beautiful castle of Ordingen until the end of the month before it leaves for Italy.
It's a skeleton of a man catching a dinosaur, from when humans were bigger than dino's !?!?!

Warm dry and sunny so loaded up Leo the long legged Lhasa and headed for a remote part of Thetford woods for walkies.

Another trip out in Morton daring the less than dry weather forecast. Although the roads a little damp still it remained dry on trip to a a new find pub for the GEG. The quaint Beaconsfield Arms in Occold just south of Eye in Suffolk ticked many boxes for me. Dog friendly, good food, range of real ales, old beams and great hospitality. We were joined by three others with two arriving in shiny new CX Plus Fours.



The landlord seemed interested in the cars and would welcome a larger group of us to fill his car park so I think it a cert we will be back soon.

A pleasant drive out for Sunday lunch to Fressingfield in Suffolk

Nice one Chris. With Belle's ignition switch gone duff I got a ride in Ruby from Gary to meet with Tony for a coffee in Shotely Gate.

Yes, a thrash down to Curborough for the Taster Day...loads of Mogs there, inc some fast flat rads...but mine stayed in the car park there, as I was a marshall. A great day out...plus a few Mogs spectating...
