Joined the local owners club for their drive it day tour of SE Wales with pub lunch etc. Saw several other motor clubs out for the day en masse. Decent weather but the state of the roads!.

Great drive out today with a couple of mates 260 miles top off cold but dry, we met about 20 Ferraris coming the opposite way just before Brecon they all looked magnificent and sounded even better. Em Last week, along with a couple of other cars, the Plus 6 was tight up against an hedge on the Gower to let other oncoming cars squeeze past as the road was so narrow. We were later passed on the M4 by a Ferrari thinking I was glad I wasn’t driving one on that narrow country lane - they are so wide.

You will have been up against the hedge quite a few times I recon Clipper. Glad you got out unscathed. I recognised the reg plate on one ferrari coming towards us on Drive it day and have since made contact after nearly 20 years which is really nice and having a meet up across the border in a couple of weeks. Hope you had nice weather on your drive home. Em
