Some more shots from the AngleMog Drive it Day including KH unveiling their polished ali Super 3. That is a thingof beauty.

Some 20 Mogs from SOGMOG turned out for Drive It Day. Started at Goodwood then on to The Cricketers at Duncton. We finished at Bignor Roma Villa for and interesting and informative visit. We returned home past the bluebell woods at East Ashling.

Fed up with waiting for warm dry days I took Morton to Doncaster area for family christening. Sunshine briefly as I left but rain as soon as I hit the A11 and it never stopped until I arrived. Bonus was light traffic though. Not a drop of rain coming past screen but trouser legs a little damp so need to check out driver footwell.

Return journey dryish and even sunny for a while so had the roof off until spray from very wet roads started coating inside of screen. 320 mile round trip with car running faultlessly although may have to invest in new rubber as it was a bit twitchy coming out of roundabouts.

Richard it could be the wiper bevel box leaking. New seals, silicone sealant and grease on the spindle shafts work.

Thanks John. Did think of that and steering column entry through bulkhead was another. Trouble is with heater full on the source evaporates fairly quickly.

410 miles to Fort Augustus in a shade over 9hours. On the road at 4am. Mostly quiet apart from Hamilton to Stirling section which is sort of rush hour. Then congested through Fort William. Warnings about some world champ cycle race but apart from closed lay-bys, and an irrelevant temporary 30 limit for ten miles, no lycra clad anarchists in sight. Only a few Corbyn lookalike dodderers. We kept in front of the weather, so totally dry and blue sky.
Only one decent car spotted. TVR Chimera in Fort William.

Just a 120 miles to meet with friends for lunch. A nice run in the sunshine.

Mixed day in lovely sunshine although cool breeze. 10am classic car meet attended by several MogFriends members at the Swan Inn, Hoxne for bacon butties then a run around Suffolk lanes. We turned off just south of Debenham though to Stonham Barns for their bike show before return via A140.
