So you are thinking that Morgan, the company that's never produced a workshop manual, has a standard as to how to inject grease into a U-Joint? That's funny.
In Phil Bleazey’s YouTube video about selling his Morgan three wheeler he mentioned greasing and purging the front and back Hardy Spicer prop shaft universal joints. So I went to the Hardy Spicer website and found this video on the proper method for greasing and purging a universal joint, so the answer is inject grease until grease starts coming out of the joint seams.

I successfully greased the universal joint by the bevel box. The forward universal joint is another matter. The grease nipple is not accessible. Per Phil Bleazey, the only way to grease this joint is to take the propshaft out to gain access to the grease nipple. Well I doubt very many of these forward universal joints are going to get greased. What a design.
