Do you hear the fuel pump starting?
:
And as Buster mentioned: The relays (all relays) are often a problem on Morgans.

I'd like to know where to get a 4 wheel drive Morgan grin2

Does the fuel pump click when you turn on the ignition? If yes, suspect fuel pipes. If no, suspect there is no power to pump, check relay (swap with another), if no difference time to check wiring connections to pump (the Lucar connectors can loose tension).

P.S. might be better to post in the maintenance section, or the pre-CX cars section, rather than the non-Morgan cars section smile

Always test blade fuses with a meter. They can look fine, but actually have a hairline crack which one cannot see smile

I agree with Graham re checking fuses properly!
I wasted 30 mins a couple of years ago in a layby testing for a cooling fan failure. Blade fuse in place using meter probes across the contacts in the plastic bit. It looked ok but removing it and testing across the blades themselves showd a blown fuse. There was a VERY fine break not a clear gap.
