County Mayo, Ireland.
Just back from a fabulous1200 mile tour of The Republic of Ireland. Wonderful well maintained roads and lovely people. If I charged 1 euro per person who took a picture of the 'Mapmog' I would have made a fortune! Of note, Irish Ferries class the car as a motorcycle and sidecar so about half the price to take on the ferry than a car!

Nice shot, we are off for a round trip on a fly/drive from Exeter to Dublin heading across to Kerry first stop at Benners Hotel in Dingle. I worked in North and South but this is the first time I have felt inclined to renew my passport and show her some wonderful Irish hospitality and scenery, we hire car as Heather is not keen on roof down motoring or a V8 as accompaniment. Glad you had a good time, you were a brave lad taking an M3W

I'm going over last week in July, taking the old Mog over on the ferry. Staying in Dublin, but planning to travel out to do some of the Neolithic stuff, as well as a few days in the centre, eating and drinking myself stupid......

Not as brave as 3 from the Three Wheeler Touring Group who have driven to Istanbul and back! My car has done 23,000 without a breakdown although I have made a few essential upgrades. Biggest fear of course is a rear tyre puncture, although it is filled with preventative tyre sealant.

Very good memories of touring Ireland. As the kids were much younger we did mot use the Morgan but a Volvo V70. Was 2004! Love to come back in the Morgan in the near future! Beware of the sheep, especially in the dark...! Nice people, nice pub music!

Do remember to let us "PaddyMogs "know of your plans, we may well take the excuse to meet for a sneaky Pint (or Two!!)

Good to hear that your trip went well and you didn't need any of those "essential" spares. Good preparation always helps with everything.
