I have a 1996 +4 4 seater, which will likely be due new king pins for the next MOT due in November.
Thinking ahead quite keen to also move from damper blades to steering bearings.
Any view on the best option for these as there are a few models out there?
Also is it worth changing the main springs and rebound spring rates?

You could consider the SSL RS (refinement system) Will. This includes all the options you have listed above as well as providing dual rate spring rates and a choice of ride heights. Will, if you don't want to go down the full SSL route, have a chat with Cain of Wolf Performance as he does various bearings and slightly reduced length rebound springs to stop the potential preload and compromised ride. (although like Richard above I do have the SSL fitted and consider the cost vs benefit worthwhile)

He is also doing his own design adjustable dampers, just fitted highly recommended.
