Crikey I’m not doing that! I think I’ll try to pull out as much of the piping that I can, and gradually cut out voids in the flat of the new piping to match where there are bits left that I can’t reach. Then I’ll use black silicone sealant to glue the piping in place. A real bodge made necessary by bad advice.
