What brackets are available for the rack to enable it to be raised so as to gain access to the boot?

Mine is the same Rodger, but I understand a modified bracket allows it to hinge

I know that there is the old and new style mounting brackets, but I've never seen a hinged variation. If anyone has any information, I would be interested.
