Yep, found it. It's simply a twist test and its a little vague. With the tensioner set, twist the belt on the long open side At full twist it should approach 90' but not exceed it. just short of the 90'position in the twist will give the correct belt tension. When set, rotate the engine two full revolutions by way of the crank shaft pully bolt and recheck the timing marks.

NB: It has been found that some aftermarket tensioner/idler pulleys and water pumps have caused the belt to track badly and could cause premature belt wear or damage.
