Hi all. A member has contacted me asking about selling a range of spares he has at the stand in Mogfest. I have had a quick look for details but can’t find much. Anyone got details to pass on to him? Very last minute so apologies for any rush!

It is being run by the midland centre (midland.sec@morgansportscarclub.com) and the spares tables are run by Graham Austin Mogfest2024 - Spares Fair Saturday 27th July
As indicated in Miscellany, there will be a Spares Fair at Weston Park. This would have a different format from the spares fairs held at the Abbey in the past because of the need to hire a marquee to house the stalls. The Spares Fair will include for both trade stands and members with items for sale. We shall need to gauge demand for member sales so that tables can be ordered well in advance. Traders will be approached separately by the Club.
We have decided to provide for members, with the assistance of their Centres, whom we ask to look after tables for use by their centre members collectively. Therefore we ask that Centre Secretaries canvass their members to find if any have items for sale, preferably Morgan related. Tables are likely to be about 5'6" x 2'6". Although space is usually at a premium in Morgans, there may be other members who can help with transport of centre member's items.
In this way we shall deal with fewer people and will hopefully be able to accommodate late comers if tables aren't fully utilised. Additionally, stalls don't need to be manned by every seller, provided they leave an identified container for cash and price the items. Sellers can then go to see the ongoing events provided the stall is manned and leave phone numbers to permit haggling.
Stalls can be run for the whole day, if required, but experience suggests that the core time is likely to be from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. Unsold items would need removal at the end of the day. Please can you consider this and send any requests for tables to Graham Austin at gxaustin@gmail.com <mailto:gxaustin@gmail.com> . Thank you.
