After flushing the radiator on my 1992 Plus 8 I have noticed a slight leak that appears to be coming out of the aluminium radiator, all hoses are tight and dry. It is very slow, just a few drops a day. Was wondering whether anyone would recommend the various ‘stop leak’ products. Certainly doesn’t need a new radiator, just a little help!

Thanks.

I use K-Seal , not sure if that is available on your side of the pond. Not expensive here.

It is used by most of the UK competition cars as a preventative measure

Another vote for K Seal too.

It is an American product thumbs

How about a picture David,

Where about exactly is the leak coming from? is it on a weld seam or a flat or cylindrical area. Is it a true full aluminium rad (after market) or is it the alloy/plastic Morgan jobbie/thingy, get you to the first or second MOT affair. No to be fair some last ages but others don't but it's a certaintythat it will fail!
