It is very evocative of that age, beautifully executed.

Beautiful from the profile but, imho, less successful from the front; which, at times, is a criticism levelled at the Aero line as well.

It is a bit reminiscent of the interim cowl Morgan. They started to integrate the headlights into the bodywork, but the bonnets were still fairly high. The first attempts before finding a new harmonious line with the "new" type of headlights.

I know all the silly quotes 'if you cant afford it don't ask the price...bla, bla" but it really bugs me when it's POA with the allegedly high end dealers, BUT it's an advert, it's for sale, so FFS put the price if you really want to get your commission and actually sell it Joe Mac !

One sold in Paris for 483,000 Euro in 2016, as they are tailor made I imagine a new build would be in region of 600k pounds.

TBH if I needed to know I’d just message him as he invites on his site doubtless his first question will be what we’re you expecting to pay 💰 speakno

In fairness, and trying to say this without sounding biased, but I believe Morgan were far more successful in the harmonious blend of front wings, bonnet height and grill design than that of the Dartmoor coupe. I also believe Heinz has called it perfectly: it is the height of the bonnet in comparison to that of the wings. Furthermore, to my eye the grill is too large, too bright and has too many strakes. Aesthetics are very much in the eye of the beholder, so just my opinion because the Dartmoor is handsome from the side and rear.

As for the Aero, I've always wondered what the design would have been like had Morgan had the funds to commission their own headlight unit. We know that the Beetle units were a 'panic' decision due to BMW withholding the promised first generation Mini ones. The later use of the Mini headlights work better to my eye but even then, what could/would more funds and development time have done to the front end of the Aero? A moot point but as it is one of the more contentious elements of the design, an interesting one.
