Thank you Rog, that is a very interesting point and to me less is more and I really like the way they rolled out of the factory without extras bolted on increasing the weight  p.s. I could not love the latest rendition of the Plus Four with it's eyes removed and the slab dash  but I'm an old fart. I do think the CX series is impressive though in it's execution and has saved the company from an early demise.

Very smart looking +8 Richard as others have typed I hope you can continue to use it for many more years.
Also like you being an old f*rt, I do like a degree of simplicity, and thus very pleased that my mid 80`s +8 is amongst the last to have carbs fitted, though they are Strombergs and not the SU`s I would have preferred... There is always something... (-:

That is a cracking car Richard.. I love a V8 both for how it lays down its power and the sound... We used to have a AMG C63 with a twin turbo V8, now if I could have put that engine in the Plus Six that would have been something...

The perfect +8, love the colour and the wheels. Same colour as my 1974 +8 (1979-80), I still miss it's rumble on straight through pipes. As much as I love my Aero which I will keep until I have to give up driving, you can't "tinker" with it much.

I just love a +8, but absolutely not on wires! I can't explain it, they look great on other trads.
Mind you I can't talk as mines got bug eyes and a big bum!
