In times past having been a long term air cooled Porsche owner/club member, My good lady and I would often be invited to attend away weekend events even after I sold my then last 911, of course we would turn up in the Morgan, which I would tend to not park amongst the Porsches from the point of those wishing to take photographs of their cars in company of other likeminded friends....On convoy drives I would ever be tail end Charlie for much the same reason..... However when parked up, The old Mog seemed to attract more attention than the Porsches... At one time on the Ferry to the island of Ghia loaded with aa wide variety of Porsches.. and one Morgan, the lady ticket collector declared that our old Mog was her favourite amongst the high valued cargo... (-:

Being the odd man out can attract attention, but then I guess all Morgan owners well know that...? (-:

The official SCC Private Members photos from Salon Prive have just started to come out.

70+ cars met at Bonhams and were sorted into groups by colour for the parade into Blenheim.

Here are a few shots of my WRP4 amongst the “other” grey supercars ;-)
