My late wife, Jess, had the same thing but hers wasn't caught in time, so I'm wishing you all the best for your recovery.

I had a similar length of chemotherapy treatment, which finished in February, and luckily the side effects were not as bad as the doctor warned me about! Hope you also get through it ok.

Good evening Bud, Sorry to hear that. Have had the same; total shock, (& during the pandemic) fortunately in my case caught early (T1). My treatment was Chemo, then surgery, followed by more Chemo. Thankfully, two years since the last Chemo, still clear. Still some side effects from both Chemo & surgerey, however, still able to enjoy the Plus 4! Now six monthly check ups. Wishing you well.

I also wish you a speedy and good recovery, Bud. The often only virtual conversation cannot prevent us from having real sympathy for our sometimes many years long conversation partners in this forum. At least that's how I feel.

So sorry to hear this. Margaret’s brother went through similar treatment a couple of years ago, and ok…it was a bit of a rough ride at times, (perhaps travelling in a Morgan comes to mind?) but he has come out the other end, and is now clear. Best wishes to you and Susie, Simon. We all look forward to seeing you at Hive Beach in September. Doug & Margaret (MSCC Mendip)

A friend of mine went through the same thing. Clear for several years now.
Wishing you all the best for a full recovery.

Thank you all so much for the kind wishes. Feeling horrible at present and I have more treatment all through July I’ll update you in a few weeks. Really appreciate the kind messages and offers of support. All very best wishes Bud
