Has anybody mounted spotlights onto a badge bar. I am unwilling to drill into my wings and don't have bumpers.

No, but if you have bumpers it's not too difficult to make stainless brackets that fit via the existing main bolts, so very strong and no wobble.
I wouldn't fit to the wings either Keith, as 1.5mm thick aluminium ain't strong

Has anybody mounted spotlights onto a badge bar. I am unwilling to drill into my wings and don't have bumpers. on here has fitted them with just the large modern overiders if that helps, I would think the BB a little light for that unless you use small one's.

By lowering the number plate holder and hiding brackets attached to the overrider supports under it, it is possible to fit small spotlights without drilling the wings. See also the thread on fitting extra lights. Harald

My spotlights are mounted on the top surface of the number plate box which has been internally reinforced with plastic stiffeners fixed with fibreglass resin. Aluminium tapered spacer blocks were fabricated such that the top surface of the box is horizontal.
