Just called, a deposit has been taken wonder if anyone on here..

I've recently put my 4/4 on Autotrader on Wednesday at 20:00 and by 06:00 the following morning it had 120 views with another 150 the following day. Whilst this is the very first time I'm selling a car privately, I was pleasantly surprised at the figures, considering the time of year it is.

As I am not in the used car business, I settled on a price based on other 4/4's within the same vintage as mine and then priced below them. And in case anyone is wondering, I've not yet had a call but it has only been a few days. Happy to keep posting updates if there is interest.

I am committed to the next phase so fingers crossed someone comes along. I dropped the price a wee bit a the views jumped and now have people flagged as 'watchers'. It just takes that one person who is searching for what is being offered. Ironically, I don't need this sold until spring but I would feel better that it's sorted well ahead of time. I had a Defender which is now sold and that didn't take much effort, if any!

My love for Morgan will always be there and who knows what will come down the road.:)

Is the MP IDS right ? Actually I’ve always regarded Ian Duncan Smith as OK - don’t judge me. I just like ‘conviction politicians’ like Ken Livingstone, Maggie Thatcher, perhaps Tory Light Tony Blair and even Farage . That doesn’t mean I agree with some or any of them………

So today in The Sunday Times (Money Section) has the headline Is ‘My Morgan Plus 4 that I got for £20K was a fun investment’ with a nice picture of it. Perhaps that is why the Conservatives went all wrong , poor decision making !!?? He is also a motorbike fan and bought an ex demoTriumph Trident 600 which he says he sometimes rides to Parliament .
Funny he sounds normal or like one of us . Is he on Talk Morgan or is that a secret !? MM

There may have been rumours that he had been part of the TM community but with anonymity to allow him to enjoy it without someone trying to put their economic or political opinions on the board and so pee in our pool. I think that is a very thoughtful approach as well as being great to allow him to relax a bit. I always think it is good to have a private life separate from your work life and so avoid being judged as one.
