Hello everybody and thank you for the warm welcome. The first picture above is almost on top of the Grimsel pass on the side of the canton of Valais. The zic-zac line on the right side is the Furka pass. If you zoom in you can recognize the Belvedere Hotel (at approx. 1 o’clock), famous for its appearance in the James Bond film “Goldfinger” back in 1964. I am not sure if one is allowed to put a link in here but if you google “James Bond Furka pass” you find some you tube videos.
