I have notice that sometimes when 2012 M3W's are advertised for sale that they are describe as M3W 12/21 or 12/20. I am guessing this is because the M3W has had factory fixes applied in 2020/21?
Is there any specific definition to classify why a M3W has this description (i.e. new chassis) or is it a term that could mean many things?

I think it's identifying the model with the years of starting production (2012) and ending (2021).
