Three reasons for the speedo?
Impress the passenger.
Frighten the passenger.
Give the passenger ammunition to say " slow down". Three placements for the speedo In front of driver ☺ In middle of dash 🤔 In front of passenger 🙁 So double whammy in my Roadster when  present

For new winter owners who might not be aware, the dash Lcd vanishes when you have your polarides on. Rose tinted glasses which many of us have are fine. Em
