Hey gents, please spare me a thought, I was ambulanced to hospital yesterday evening, mini heart attack apparently. In for a few days, lots tests, lots drugs, hopefully an angiogram later today or tomorrow.....

May not seem like it at the moment, but sometimes a minor episode can be a blessing in disguise as it ultimately prevents a major heart attack.
Now you'll have a full assessment and preventative measures put in place.

Had one of those 7 years ago. Three stents and several thousand pills later I'm still going strong.

The same thing happened to me 18 years ago. A double-bypass later and I'd never felt so good. Good luck with the angiogram.

Been there done that, for me the procedure was less stressful than a dentist visit to have a tooth removed, had the op done circa 10 years ago no real recovery time required but took a week off..and still taking on physical tasks in my mid seventies ... Goodness knows how many of these stent ops have been done, a wonderful procedure indeed..
