Hi Everyone

I couldn't find a thread on this.

I guess that Morgan will update their website eventually (no problem- focus on building cars please!).. but from what I have picked up

- the 8 "sport" colours will be expanded to 10 (does anyone know what the 2 new colours are?)
- the exhaust heatshields are no longer black as standard
- Mudguards, tonneau cover, seatbelts and steering wheel are always black as standard
- chromed engine and cowl were supposed to be an option, but so far all cars seem to have one, even with black exhausts/ roll hoops?

I have been saving pictures that I have found on my internet travels of my favourite combos so far. I hope I'm not annoying anyone by posting pictures that are not mine (wasn't my intention - can remove them if so)

The black/ black/ chrome car that Jay Leno drove (is it Matt black though?)

Black/ saddle/ chrome (plus graphics) from another thread that I think looks excellent

The "spitfire" schemed car green/ saddle/ chrome (it's not sport green though, is it?)

The spitfire car that Top Gear drove does seem to be BRG though

Then there's this white/black/ black car that looks great (can't remember where I found this picture, but the same car seems to have been reviewed by several journalists)

Of course there is 1560's classic BRG/ black/ chrome, Aeroman's stunning "bespoke", JonCon's black/ saddle/ chrome (+wrap) and M3W's "Grey Nurse" (see the "mine is almost ready" thread)

Anyone else got an interesting combination or more things to consider?

Could it be something matte?

they added orange and yellow to the TRAD (old style 4whleel morgans) colors
don't know if that applies on the 3whlrs as well

edit: journo's car = teal (pale blue)

teal&ivory are WAOW but a bit girly imho

If you mean the picture I posted, I think it is white.

There was another journo car that was pale blue

In a morgan context should a Matt black finish be referred to as "Humphreys black"?

good find

first I fancied "wild" colors
then I realised if I didn't feel comfy in the 3whlr while driving in traffic, it would sell easier in "classic color"

then I found out darker colors seem to suit the 3whlr better (peronal opinion)
sadly I had already specced mine when I found out the colored cowl looks way better than chromed/dark grey

On Saturdays visit to the factory I took a few pictures of various seat trim options.







This last one I thought was fabric until I touched it...its distressed leather. Rather nice!

Im glad I cant afford one of these because it would probably take me years just to pick out the color combination that I felt was best. Typically I am a fan or red and green cars, but sheesh some of the teal cars sure look sharp.
