rofl

One of our storesmen, who is a little crazy, put that down to being an ex-Gunner, has the initials KP. Definitely fits his persona...

It's not a matter of me feeling cheated from a free subscription. I never entered the competition, because I'm wary of free offers.

Free subscriptions are not my beef.

I'm reacting to what I construe as dishonesty and amateurish behaviour. The amount (or the "free subsciption") doesn't matter one bit.

Nice try attempting to once again pretend it's about some small amount or something, when it isn't that at all. I already explained that, and here I did once again.

Dishonesty and amateurish? Wow AQM that's harsh and unfair in my opinion and, personally speaking, out of order!

I have just read through the whole thread and whilst I can see reason for maybe cynicism and lack of faith in a new launch I cannot see how you have jumped to this conclusion.

You have criticized MogMag for not quoting on his replies, and maybe it would have made it easier had he done so, but he did reply to each post individually and it was clear who he was replying to, to me.

By all means express your opinion, and I'm sure there are many who are interested in it, especially given your background but I personally agree entirely with Robbie and Pandy in raising objection to some of your posting and more importantly in giving this venture an opportunity to flourish.

Cheers

I'm in no way in any position to neither grant nor deny them "an opportunity to flourish".

Apparently we're:

Affluent, professional, predominantly male with an impressive disposable income and an interest not only in Morgan’s and
motoring but also in stylish lifestyles, personal accessories, travel and wining and dining, the MOG audience represents a
lucrative market for advertisers.

The grocers' apostrophe doesn't bode well.

Now this is interesting.

I completed the survey early on but have received no acknowledgement or any VIP offers since then. So, that puts me in my place then.doh

As my boss used to frequently say when being ignored. 'Don't you know who I am' somestick ?

However, I have been asked by the MogMag Editor to provide details about My Around Britain's Coast Roads Charity Trip ?????? toff I sense another email coming on.

Hmmm,
I've already made comment elsewhere about the apparent standard of grammar in an email reply from MogMag.

I once complained to one of the Cusotm HD type magazines about the lack good grammar, poor spelling and even offerred to proof read some of the articles. The put down response was that all the editor cared about was the bikes. I did not renew my subscription. Sometimes it was difficult to work out what an article was trying to say.

I hope it will not be an issue with MogMag - just paid by PayPal grin2

Cheers,

And according to the readership pie chart, still no-one between 60 and 65!

Accusing a new venture of "amateurish behaviour and dishonesty" on an open public forum, populated by their main target market smacks of "denying them an opportunity to flourish" IMHO.

Anyhow, I've said my piece so time to move on.

Cheers
