For those of you thinking the car isn't landing well and won't sell, worth having a read through the comments on The Late Break Show's excellent video with Jon wells and the new car:
As a buyer of a past Morgan and a buyer of this current Supersport those three deal breakers for anyone spending more than 100k on a car are all selling features in my book.
The BMW shifter is a selling point for you? Riiiight.
DalesPlusFour .... I have a 50 year old crossflow engined 4/4 ... my requirements for the car are specifically to be able to enjoy a genuinely pre-war driving experience in a car that doesn't cost as much as a house with an engine that just tips into the 'reliable and trouble-free' bracket age-wise, but retains all the 'tinkerability' of my earlier driving daysl ... the Morgan is the only car that ticks those boxes ... I don't want a modern car (and definitely don't want the snake's nest of pipes and sensors obscuring the motor in the modern takes of the marque. ) .... I can appreciate all the things you say above, and hope the car is a real success for the company ... but to me modern cars in total have no interest and in my garage serve as dull but efficient boxes to get the shopping. I understand that my requirements for a 'fun' car are a bit obscure, but they do it for me.
That doesn't make me a bad person or some closed-minded luddite (no offence George!🙂) ... modern Morgans aren't for me .... fine and wonderful though they are. A creaking, rattling, draughty 'seat of the pants' ride does me perfectly! ...and that's a check of 'my' reality🙂

PS.... I'm aware no company on earth can survive customers like me ... however there are plenty with other tastes who are as passionate about the modern Morgans as I am about my old one ... so all's good 👍

I do like the Supersport, but if I came into a wedge of cash it'd have to go on an Aeromax.....

Yes me too if that Aston Green one came up again despite the spares issues just too beautiful..remains the Alpha Morgan to me.

Morgan have done something extraordinary here. If you love cars, Morgan, or driving, and the very fact the Supersport exists doesn’t make you grin from ear to ear, I think you need a reality check.
No reality check needed - it's entirely subjective. Morgan buyers are traditional by definition and this car is a modern twist on the traditional Morgan shape.
For me, the deal breakers are the BMW gear shifter and the rifle-bolt door latch. Anyone spending £100k+ on a car deserves better.
I may be in a minority here, but I love the rifle-bolt door latch on my Plus Six, and the gear shifter isn't bothering me in the slightest.
I doubt I will fork out £30k+ to exchange my Plus Six for the Supersport, but I wish MMC well with what looks to be a superb evolution of the marque.
