As you say, expensive!

Clearly if f I'm buying five, it would be bonkers expensive after fitting!!!!

TBH, I'd rather slide about on a set of higher end 195/70 light van tyres, than pay that sort of money for road tyres crazy3

Anyway, I already have a spare set of Toyo Proxy 888Rs on a duplicate set of wire wheels for competition work, and I can't imagine a set of quality Michelin or Dunlop 195/70's would be that bad for general road driving in Monty?

The 195/70's actually give me the perfect ground clearance increase of 32 mm without the potential rubbing issues of the 205/65s, so perhaps they're worth a try?
