Back to the Bentley - the inside was a similar condition to the outside. I quite like the 'two fingers up' to the establishment approach - someone going 'it's my car, and I'll do whatever I like to it'.

Given the choice of that Bentley or a souless plastic Muskfloat, I know what I'd choose.

My current dinosaur fuelled oldies suit me perfectly at the moment, but (heaven forbid) if I get to an age where I can no longer tinker, and only travel short distances I'd probably consider something electric. However, having been impressed by the Muskfloat and it's associated infrastructure, the bloke is now on my 'list' alongside others (Tim Martin and James Dyson to name a couple) and I'd rather walk than put a penny of my money into Tesla.

Phil, faced with the Muskmobile or the well patinated Bentley. the shape is something else so it would have to be the one.

I'd like to add Blair and Rees - Mogg to the Musk ovite slappers list please. I only have to see their faces and I'm thinking about putting my black kid gloves on and checking for cctv.. (No reference to children or colour please)..

I think a ganged pair of "clean" Busa units would be better in the Bentley though 😎 could you just imagine nobs growling at him when he gets the Busa howling away, not cricket old boy.

This French racer is the epitome of real world character racing to me, he appears on Youtube in their classic races normally with a fag hanging off his lower lip giving the beans.

I would love to have a conversation with him over a few beers.

Thanks Jon, isn't that the Dutch flag though not the tricolour unless it's on it's nose - asking for a friend hide
Second thought on the Netherland flag too the car would have to be inverted I think 😎

They are real quality shots Jon from a proper camera I guess.

Really nice to see a bright coloured one Cheers

From memory chatting to the owner the colours replicate a French show car of that era

Yes, taken on my aging Canon DSLR
