I watched the Flintoff documentary yesterday for the thoroughly good bloke that is Fred Flintoff but as a 3 wheeler owner was slightly disappointed to not learn much more about what caused his accident in order to potentially avoid it myself. All that was mentioned was that he wasn’t going that fast, 40mph, that they had been teaching him to slide the car and that a wheel fell off however the brief photo of the car shown after the accident showed both front wheels present and correct. Did any one else watch it and ascertain more than me about the cause of the accident?

The quote I read was that a front wheel 'lifted' off (the ground) this is mistakenly then mentioned as fell off
