I would post this on the trad section. Dealers like Rutters & BHM will sell them. Probably the best is Allon White as their trimmer is the best.
Otherwise join the MSCC and ask in Miscellany.
From memory MGB ones fit. They have an active club shop

The single post headrests are generic British Leyland. But some earlier trads had two post headrestraints and I'm not sure where they originated.

I have a pair of single post headrests from MGB. They have tan vinyl covers, but you could recolour them or have them retrimmed. You don't say where you are located (UK?) always helps to put an approximate location in your profile so it shows on the left as with DaveW above. Also helps to get more replies if you post in the correct section

Single post headrests are from BL MG, Triumph etc., 2 different styles, same fitting. Available at reasonable prices from MG and Triumph specialists also plenty on eBay etc,

Earlier two prong headrests are made by Restall and seem to be specific to the Restall seats fitted to Morgans
