I was delighted to once again be able to log on to the TM image library, though when I tried to post an image to repost the link to it within the forum, it seems I can no longer log on to my account, despite going through the forgot password system to try to get back on and more than once, it seems I am a robot.... I guess I have been called worse... Back to no access then.. With all the hacking that is going on right now I guess it is wise to be safe than sorry..?

I have the same issue if I go in via Google, but no problem via MS Edge

Thanks for the reply C.M. but it was MS Edge I used... I can get passed caring relative to all the digital possibilities for failings..!

I just noticed this post and I managed to log-in instantly from Android using Firefox. I did, however, notice that there is an update waiting to be installed so I have taken the site off line to do the update. It will take about 15 minutes from the time of this post.

Ok. The site is now back up and I was able to log-in with no problems.
The version is now 4.3.1. There have been some bugs fixed and there are some small improvements.

I don't think that there was anything that could have been responsible for the problem reported above. Certainly there is no virus, malware or hacking involved. In any case, if it reassures anyone, all the program files have been overwritten with the update.

In the case of a problem such as this I have found that it is sometimes necessary to go into the browser settings and delete cookies, cache, and saved pages. Some browsers, such as Firefox, will allow you to eliminate the cookies and cache of a single web site.

When this occurs it is more a problem of the browser being used than the web site.

It should be noted that the cookies used by tm-img.com are only essential cookies that relate to the user's log-in status etc. No third party, analytical, or advertising cookies are used.

No problem here either. Win 10, Chrome browser.

I've just logged on and checked, your userid is present, as are all your pictures, 226 of them in 32 albums

Can we have a bit more detail about exactly what the issue is? Have you cleared your browser cache? If the password you are entering is not accepted by the website then are you absolutely certain you are using the current password? If you are using a password manager are you absolutely certain that the password stored by the manager is the only one? Are you using the correct userid? When you request a replacement password, are you using the correct email address? The address stored in TM-IMG is ******52@talktalk.net.

If you'd like me to reset your password I can do so as I have admin access as a back-up for Peter.
