So to recap René you have changed ignition and fuel pump relays and are fairly sure the immobiliser is working correctly. Can you confirm both relays click on with ignition switch? If so can you hear the fuel pump running for a short while when ignition is first turned on?
Note the the fuel pump control module (relay) near the tank that DaveW mentions can go open circuit which will kill power to pump (although it can be bypassed) but this is usually quite reliable though in maintaining fuel pump speed/flow against demand.

Rene, sorry you are still struggling with this issue....
If anyone on TM knows the following method I am suggesting can create issues with this type of engine, please SHOUT OUT... any criticism welcomed.
Rene an old fashioned method to check if a fault might be fuel related was to use an aerosol can of EASY START... I suspect there will be a German equivalent. The can contains a HIGHLY flammable fluid that sprays out as a vapour. it was often used to fire up reluctant engines, in cold weather or can be used to test if a non start issue might be caused by lack of fuel....
The usual method was to remove the air filter and spray into the engine air intake for no more than a second or so, while someone else turns the engine over..... if it tries to fire up and run on a little, then you may have a fuel related issue.... most likely electrical...?
Spraying too much risks a backfire thus CARE is required, no smoking or naked lights while using the contents of the can...
I have heard of brake cleaner being used for the same task, but never tried it myself...

Use with care, it's not got as much ether in it but still has 'potential'

Way back BHM had an early Gdi which turned over but would not start. After all the checks, I believe that they cranked it for a long time, and it suddenly awoke. That's all I know.

It happened to mine, plus a couple of other GDi's I know. You're right Dave - Keith at BHM cranked it over for about 15 seconds and it fired up. It worked on the others too. I believe it was due to unspent fuel seeping down past the piston rings causing loss of compression. Cranking it over restored compression.

Interesting chat today with a well known automotive person. Apparently Morgan use the same relay connections as original land rovers. The prescribed fault is common. The problem is the poor quality connectors to the start relay. Cut them off & replace with better quality should fix the problem caused by vibration.

Great to hear something about the problem from my dealer, BHM. But I crank it a lot of times for more than 10/15 seconds. After a „Bank Holiday“ in Germany today the next steps with a multimeter. And a „starter aerosol“. About brakecleaner: yes, it works. But some engines doesn‘t like it and it demages seal, rubber and plastic on it’s way. Greets René

Note René has another thread running relevant to the same issue here. At the moment I'm waiting to hear if he can confirm the ignition relay is functioning and providing power to the following five circuits: coils, VVT, MAF, lambda/purge and high pressure fuel pump, each independently fused. He has confirmed he can hear the tank fuel pump running but it appears he has no spark and dry plugs
