I can see that is an improvement on weatherproofing; how do you get it to rest like that when shutting the door from inside the P4? Or am I misinterpreting the image?

how do you get it to rest like that when shutting the door from inside the P4? Same was the trads I would imagine - slide open the window, stick your thumb under the flap behind the door, slide it forward bringing the flap outside the door top.

I have a 2021 Plus Four - I found that the trad flap as was on my previous 3 Mogs was still a problem as at speed the flap was raised and rain proceeded to come in at the top of the windscreen pillar. I solved the issue as before by putting a strip of Velcro under the front of the flap, extending forward, and a piece of the other side of the velcro on the front of the windscreen pillar. when closing the door it is necessary to attatch the velcro, again opening the window and reaching forward, but then the flap stays put and rain is deflected. It works well!!!
