Tomorrow I start a trip to Malvern to the MMC with my Morgan. Right from the start, I wanted the Red Baron to see his birthplace again. The whole thing started here in the forum. I had a chat with Ruut via PM about fitting the Nitron suspension. As the mainland Morgan dealers would not or could not do the Nitron conversion, Ruut told me that he had asked a dealer in the UK to do it. Ruut was planning a trip to Malvern with some members of the Dutch Morning Club and would have the Nitron conversion done on this trip. I then cautiously asked if the Dutch Morgan drivers would take a guy from the Black Forest with them. To my delight, all participants agreed. So it happened that a tour of 5 very nice Dutchmen and a Black Forest guy will take place Tomorrow I will drive from the Black Forest to Cologne to visit my son for two days. Then on Saturday I will be off to Holland to see Ruut. On Sunday we will continue to Hoek van Holland on the ferry. Then on to Malvern on Monday. I still have to pack and do some shopping ... and I'm already a bit nervous too ... why do the British have to drive on the wrong side? ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2025/06/18/od_photo-135_singular_display_fullPicture.md.jpg) I'll report a little about the trip here.

Hallo Clemens,
nun, mit dem auf der falschen Seite ist nicht so schlimm. Kreisverkehr gibt es öfter mal und der Großraum London ist nicht schön.
Wir waren schon recht oft auf der Insel und es immer wieder toll. Wir haben unseren Morgan im späten November 2018 neu bekommen (BrandsHatch Morgan) und sind bei Hagel, Regen, Schnee nach LandsEnd und zurück zur Erstinspektion.
Und viele andere Fahren. Gerade im Mai sind wir zurück von unserer letzten Tour. 1500Km in GB. Alles toll, und zum ersten Mal eine Furt durchquert.
Also: enjoy it! In der Nähe von Malvern gibt es einen tollen Pub, ich glaube SwanInn. Bei Bedarf schaue ich nochmal nach.

Driving on the wrong side isn‘t too difficult. Roundabout are an expierience and there are a lot of them.
We travelled Britain many times and it was allways a great fun and joy. We bought our MOG in late November 2018 brand new from BHM. And go to LandsEnd in rain, hail and snow and than back for the first service.
And much more journeys. Just in may. About 1000miles in GB, very great, the first time I crossed a ford.
So enjoy it! Not far from Malvern there is a nice pub, the SwanInn, if you want I‘ll have a look for to be shure.

Hello Clemens, good luck with your trip, we are in France driving down to the Pyrennes in our UK Plus Six. Just have to remember that the driver is nearest the roadside..  At least the weather should be good for you. dave

I went to the factory on my way back from the Goodwood Revival last year (my car was 50 years old so it was its birthday present to go home! 🙂) ... very much enjoyed the visit (and the sausage rolls in the cafe were rather good!) ... enjoy your trip ... I never find it takes long to adjust to driving down the other side of the street when I visit places.
