Cool  nice vid Great to see some roads I know, liked the arch at place royale, and the looks from some of the pedestrians Superdry jacket looks good Liked the tonneau cover sequence on fast forward

Nice vid. I love the way the camera shakes on tickover - a nodding dog on the dashboard would go mental. One of the first reviews I read of the M3W said that the author had never felt more aware of the fact that an internal combustion engine functions by a series of small explosions. Fingers crossed that the weather remains fine for the weekend so you can enjoy your new motor.

Congrats Steven, that looks so cool! And no sign of salt on the road either... Great video and I agree with your comment that it is more of an experience than a drive. As we drove in the pouring rain on Saturday, cars were coming alongside and taking photos through the spray and rain! The reaction of the fairer sex is also notable. I look forward to reading more about it Steven, enjoy...

I think it's because of two things, firstly the pedal is not exactly where you expect to find it being lower than the accelerator and secondly, the brake pedal is pretty soft. Progressive yes, but as I think we have mentioned on TM before, MMC have left the pedal rather soft to try and avoid lock-up - a 3-wheeler version of ABS?
When braking hard in slippery conditions, it is fairly easy to unstick the rear-end, as it is also easy to get it to slide by allowing too much torque through, but generally the handling and braking is well-balanced and feels adequate for the weight and performance of the vehicle.

In my first test drive I had the impression as if there was "overbraking" at the rear. So this might be an issue of brake balance. Try to break very hard on slippery surface and have o look if the rear tire locks first.
