Yes, it was quite close to swmbo tree.
I'd taken a few gallons of water up there, plus my mower to reduce the grass height around its protective fence. I ought to buy a small trailer to transport things like my mower - lifting it into the back of the LR is not easy smile
Now I need to do some research on environment required for blue bells. That whole long grass area used to be cut on a regular basis and we had a great set of bluebells each spring. I'm wondering whether leaving the grass long will stifle them next year.

Silly money for those heritage Landies!

That is a nice touch Graham.

They are a high loading area especially for men of our experience rofl

If it's any help Wiscombe has a similar high area where the bluebells thrive on the edge of the woodland around the finish line area with very little grass but scrub type land.

I'll ask Joe..

It's getting a bit like Trumpland. New press release with something a wee bit daft every month to distract.

Sort us out a worthy Jag and I will love you a little bit more eh?

Nearly there Julian, but you missed out the "image" tags to tell the website to show it is a picture:

If you use the BBCode option below your photo on tm-img it will automatically add the <img> tags smile

Having owned one for several years when living in the Peak district down and down an unmade road, I cant for the life on me think of why anyone would ever want such a crude badly made heap of junk as an old Land Rover. Mine wasnt even that good in deep snow several times ending up with its belly on a drift and all 4 wheels spinning. Not to mention the diesel freezing and having to light a small fire underneath to get the ***** thing going. 18 mpg, top speed 60mph, rattled like an old can of dried peas, bone shaking ride, Several times had to be rescued by a neighbour using his tractor

Replaced by a Subaru which was no better in snow but way better the rest of the time. There is a reason why farmers switched wholesale to Jap 4x4

I sold mine yesterday....🥳
Mixed emotions....... it was fun and served a purpose, but with an MOT on the horizon....... there was no way it wasn't going to cost a fortune.......😱

I suspect it is linked to his user name in some way.
