(the black rims and over riders suggested such) Correct alongside John's. The hood up choice was not mine but justified in  's opinion as two spots of rain fell on car during journey down

Even more interesting to do, I did one once and having got the car stopped realised that the guy in the Range Rover I used as backstop was the Chief Constable !!!

John They have a better sense of self preservation than we do maybe ? I know several owners in Germany without so it's not a legal thing is all I know as fact.

John There are two Morgan clubs in Germany. The MSCCD is the association for the sports drivers and racetrack enthusiasts.

I think my wife would very much like the idea of a roll bar. Can you still put the top up if you have a roll bar? Does it use up the luggage space behind the seats?

No, you can still raise the hood + marginally. The one's on the German cars are triangulated racing one's - the road going one's occupy less space .
