It is cheap for a reason!
Vehicles with 'markers' are just very very difficult to sell (look at the Plus Six currently on eBay - it is a no sale at £40k and it is now on an auction and has reached £22k...and been stuck there for 2 days!)
Also CAT S cars are very hard to insure......
It all adds up to - "pass and find another Plus Four?"
Honesty means doing it right, even when no one is looking!

He’s also selling a “damaged beyond repair” plus six wheel, for use as a coffee table or man cave ornament. I guess this damage occurred at the same time as the “mechanical damage” leading to the cat s

Assuming it can’t move under its own power because the engine doesn’t start, there’s a replacement B48 on the same site available at £1,500. Would be a bargain if that’s all it needs. Cat S means it's written off because it has structural damage. If it was non-structural such as engine etc. it would be a Cat N

Confused by this. The site shows "closed" at £22,450 but I can't see the bid history unless I'm registered ("subscription costs just £70 (+ VAT) per year"). I'm not that interested, but does anyone know what it actually sold for ?
