This is a weird one. Back in the 1980's when I ran a local MG Club, we had a flagpole made, so that we could fly our regional flag at events.
This was designed to fit across the rear of an MGBGT, and so is four pieces of approx 3 feet sections. Made of wood, and connects using aluminium tubes. Painted white. The section is six sided. There is a single truck (pulley) at the top and a lanyard with a cleat. The flag was attached using duffle coat type toggles. It has three or four guy ropes, with robust tent pegs to keep it upright. And a mallet.
It would be suitable for car clubs or any club wanting to fly a flag. (Yes its very topical).
I'm clearing the loft, so at some point it has to go. I don't want anthing for this, but it will need collecting, although I 'travel' occasionally.
So I've put it here first and it will end up on E Bay if it sticks. I can get it out and do some pics at some stage.

Don't respond here.......PM me.
