I know my views on Pur Sang and Petersen replicas isn't shared by most ... but 200k for a kit-car (however nicely made) seems madness to me 🤷

Is a Petersen really a kit car?
Most early chassis's were supplied to an originally independent coach builder such as Mulliner to have a body fitted according to the customer's requirements, which over time were often changed/adapted/updated...
Isn't Petersen merely carrying on that long standing tradition using a RR/Bentley chassis and running gear and putting a customer specified body on it?
