Hello, just wanted to introduce myself. I’m new to Talk Morgan. I traded my Super 3 for a Morgan Plus Four CX. I’m located just outside of Aberdeen and enjoy taking advantage of the great roads we have in the North East, whether it’s along the Moray Coast or a drive into the Cairngorms. I’ve joined the Morgan Sports Car Club and JockMog. Hopefully next year I’ll be able to attend some club activities. I’ve also set up a private Facebook Group called Morgan Scotland (North). The idea was not to compete against official club activities but just something for ad-hoc runs and communication of activities - runs, car shows and stuff that might give folks an excuse to get out for a drive in the North East Scotland or further afield. Currently we’re at 18 participants.

Welcome to TM ... lots of good driving roads up with us! ..... joined the Scotland (North) page a while ago ... hopefully we'll meet on the roads ... or maybe at The Drive Cafe one weekend.

This is a fine forum ... lots of invaluable experience from members with well-managed egos 🙂 ... rather civilised as interweb interactions go!

Can I add my name to those welcoming you to the forum. JockMog seems particularly active on the East coast North of the Forth, thus no doubt you seem likely to find a fair amount of activity reasonably close to home, as well as events further afield. Other than all those keen to assist with the occasional Morgan foible on TM, there is also a wealth of info to be found on GoMoG.com that can help educate in all sorts of foible problem solving, should that be your kind of thing..

Wishing you many happy miles in your Plus Four.... drive

Hi Richard A warm welcome from germany.
A very spezial experience: changing your " super 3" ( a wonderful attitude towards life,
a wonderful outlook on life) to normal morgan with 4 wheelsl, roof on the top, when needed.
I wish you grip and tire contact at all time.

Hi Richard
Another Aberdeenshire Morgan owner here. Most of our miles this year have been local on the type of roads you mentioned. We've also visited a few tourist attractions in the area that were well worth seeing, it's easy to forget just what lies on your doorstep!
My Mog is tucked up in the garage for winter but hopefully we'll meet up somewhere next spring.
Enjoy your new cx👍
