My Plus Four 2020
1 month ago i bought this Plus Four MY2020. I have to wait some more weeks for delivery because of damage to the mohair hood. Louwman exclusive cars (Utrecht) works together with a specialised company, and they have a waiting list for renewing the hood.
More pictures to come when the car will be delivered.

I'm sure you will enjoy the car, ( it will be worth the wait) , had my CX 4 weeks now and enjoying every drive in it. Great cars and a real step change from the trads.

I see it has bonnet corner protectors. I quite like them but I have read conflicting views on their use. What's the consensus opinion on these on a CX?

Looks nice, Joske. I know that showroom of Louwman, that's where I bought my 2023PlusFour, and the MSCCH board has their meetings at their place. According to the bonnet corner protectors, I had have them on my 4/4 but not on my PlusFour, I don't know if they are really of some help. On some of your pictures your so the hood still attached to the Tenax studs while in the open positing. Be careful: they have to be loosened at first and attached at last, but never in the open positing: that's too much strain, the studs will break and the hood can be damaged. So a good advice for the best. I already had 3 Tenaxes (!!) replaced by Louwman, even when I do think I am really prudent with them. Some hoods have a tighter fit than others, so not everybody experience the same problems. They fit the hoods on the cars since this yeas at the factory, I hope that means less problems for present and future cars. But it's a lovely PlusFour what you have. Again Ruut beats me to it! Very nice car, congratulations! I admired you car at Louwman. I agree with Ruut, watch those Tenax fasteners! In your picures with the wooden backround, these fasteners are still attached whilst the roof is down. I would like to point out that the Dutch Morgan Club (mscch) has quite a number of members from Belgium! Perhaps something to consider. Thanks for the comments. I mailed Louwman to be carefull with those Tenax fasteners (+asked them to loose them) and when i will get the car i will pay special attention to them!

Welcome to talk morgan . I have almost the same car from june 2020 . At the delivery i have almost break my neals trying to fit the hood up . I have released the bolts at the top of the hood to remove the tension and now it is perfect.
