Thanks, I never had an issue with BB before, but it's gone a bit wrong recently so I've taken your advice and signed up to TMimg.

I've also moved my above post to 'Monty Goes to the Dyno' as I feel it's a better place to share my next upcoming Duratec development..

Hi,
The GOMOG website highly recommended the adjustable AVOs, so I installed them on my 2002 A4/4 with no problem. They work very well, but since I sold the car and bought a P4 GDI that comes with the stock Spaxs, I've found that the Spaxs work better, even though they're not adjustable. They're much more comfortable.
The AVOs had 6 adjustment settings, and WOLF recommended setting 4. But they were incredibly stiff, so I left them on setting 1.
