T`was both following a pre war Bentley and the lack of funds to own one such, that caused me to think a Morgan might be a reasonable substitute, it took five years of savings to buy what was then a freshly nut and bolt restored mid 80`s +8 back in 2002...I still have the privilege of being it`s custodian today, so much so that if offered a pre war Bentley today, I would happily stick with my old Morgan .
If for any reason, I could no longer own my Morgan, I suspect my Porsche passion would cause me to select an air cooled 911, though not too fussy about which exact model, though ideally not a patchwork Porsche similar to the first one I owned... Hmm.
