Had an inflatable globe -- guess -- it was flat every now an then...

The village is situated at an altitude of approximately 800 meters (2,625 feet) above sea level and is nestled between the Hochkönig mountain and the Steinerne Meer ("Stone Sea") plateau. A prominent feature in your photo is the sharp, pointed spire of the Wallfahrtskirche Maria Alm (Pilgrimage Church), which serves as a central landmark for the town.

It was never a test question ! It was just to add to the joke about the Flat Earth society which personally I found funny.
It is of course my favourite mainland European country…..Slovenia. The mountains to the right are mainly in Italy .It is all part of the Julian Alps .
