Money no object, Bugatti Type 51 or supercharged Type 35.
Real life, possibly a well looked after TR6.

A nice Aston replica - http://www.asmotorsport.co.uk/cars_for_sale.html, and a Bentley Blue Train.

And off to Reno pdq love In my dreams this would fit the bill - an enormous one hide

Local boy caught this as part of the Regatta prior to the egotistical unlicensed old fart idiot ruining air displays forever at Shoreham, doh
For those familiar with the area (Alistair) just look out your kitchen window and you'll likely see Waterhead Creek where this is shot.

Having reviewed my vehicular requirements:

Love of vintage machinery

Room for camping gear and shopping

Living up a mile of track that gets well snowed.

I've decided this would be the best option for me 🙂

Great choice, really like your proposed mode of transport.

By the way I couldn't see a tow hook on the vehicle, is that an oversight or in hand, as clearly you will need to tow a decent size fuel tank/bowser behind you just to get it fueled enough to get it down the lane. I presume it comes with a Merlin engine. cheers

An old Mercedes G4 would do the trick, although may be some negative associations.......

Yep ... would probably have to paint it '70s flower-power to dodge angry mobs 😀

Have always had a hankering for one of these ... it's a Volvo so less historical baggage 🙂
