No you are not to blame , she is getting to big for her boots again . Its the drivers in Manchester fighting for space I think . She heard me speak of Ben Duncan's rebuilt old Land Rover and how they wave at him but keep out of the way . At 20 y/old she has her own ideas of life and thinks driving an old Landie will clear the road for her. Dave its not her boyfriend a more laid back lazy bloke I have never seen ( give me a few weeks with him to make or break him, I decorated her digs and made him work shifting furniture after a while he shot away ) I asked her has he gone for driving lesson's yet and got the dont mention it dad , his father wants to pay for them . He wont last long . Expects to wake up one m/ing and its on the bedside table. His va va voom has gone . At that age the world was not enough for me . My mother informs me at 17 I left a note on the fridge door gone to London took my old mans van without asking went off with my best mate for a look.

Anyone else wonder why the Orangutan was praising the Supermarine "Bentley" for being a 'real car' to drive, when previously criticising Mogs for exactly the same sort of reasons? Paul, I have no doubt your question was rhetorical because I know you're a clever chap but my personal opinion on Top Gear is that you have to view it as entertainment. They often put the facts to one side for the sake of a cheap laugh. If I am not mistaken, the BBC via Top Gear, are being taken to court by Tesla Motor Company for this very reason. Realised some time ago how heavily it was staged and choreographed - certain they already knew M3W would be quicker to get going off the line and great at doughnuts, so chose those 'tests' accordingly. Also sure the day of the drive to work was chosen to coincide with rain. Just a shame they missed the opportunity to pick on up the obvious link between the cars. Could have still got in all the jokes they wanted, but with a stronger comparison / conclusion. Better journalism? P.S. Have added "" to Bentley that I was going to originally , but missed!
