Sorry to rat-hole with a bit of a grump, but why do all these AI-generated adverts look the same? ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2026/05/05/axle.th.jpg) Everywhere now I'm seeing what looks like posters for Country & Western evenings. I'm sure this is a lovely event, but I do miss the days when people put a bit of effort into their promotions. Yes it was always nice recieving letters too Ian, this only happens now from very closest of friends, email, websites and AI are lazy man’s way that we have all fallen prey to.

It’s a shame most people don’t spend a bit more time to create detailed prompts. You can obviously ask for any style of image, but also you can ask the Ai to generate more complex prompts, so you can keep refining it to get something distinctive and original.

Drone deliveries is a load of bollox in reality and totally unnecessary. I mean really contacting Air Traffic Control so you can get your BIC on time - it's all about games console boys wanting to fly a craft - pathetic and dangerous.
Blood bikes and choppers for essential items for NHS works well.
A war zone is the perfect environment for them and for the freelance urban terrorists, untraceable delivery system with good payload capacity and by the time a jammer has been found they have struck with a frequency hopper onboard..
They started delivering groceries in drone type carts in Great Camborne and the kids knocked them and the shopping off as they had good motors and batteries in.
We need to go back to the telegram boys on their red BSA Bantams delivering again in a cloud of smoke and full of noise and character, not some stealth object waiting to chop some poor old pensioner up just because Mr I need and I'm worth it wants a new BIC pen..
My old man refused a phone so Decca Navigator my employer communicated this way when the next contract or medical was needed, the boy on the Bantie would hang on and write your reply down and deliver to his Post Office for formatting and onward transmission to our company HQ.
Back on thread I'll deliver at £20 per mile (min 100miles) if you really want something, in the Plus 8. As long as it's not France - don't do there.

Good news George, Tis not rocket science is it. Having experience a little bit of a Tiger Moth getting its CofA … To get the 991 through it`s MOT today I had spent £1100 on tyres, and £105 on a high level LED brake light bar which had one led in the group out, and another blinking.... Give me the simplicity of my old Mog any day... TM = Tiger Moth too..(-: I remember seeing the remnants of a failed CofA home constructed wooden aircraft, apparently the chap who had created it had not used the required type of glue...! His widow gifted it to the flying club and they passed it on to the airport authorities who mounted it on the back of a truck which was then used as a "float" decorated specifically to promote the airport on a local gala day....

That's a double bummer there, the bloke must have been a little upset..
