My ZS EV MG has had a problem activating now since Dec 25. It has had 6 visits to EMG Ipswich to fix it. The last for for 13 weeks i.e. 3 months!
I picked it up yesterday & all was fine. Drove to Sutton Hoo at 9:30 this morning and the activation issue is back.
The activation is of the comms box so right now the phone works on & off, the weather is not shown (not an issue it has windows) & I guess who knows what.
Pretty much everything has been changed or checked. Wiring, ariel, T box , general coms box , infotainment screen & the FICM.
MG seem to want it back to fiddle I want my money back. It was 11 months old in Dec. Does anyone know a good contact in the press please.

I'm really sorry to hear that John.
After you posted, I did a quick search to see whether your other TM post about this issue would come up on search engines... it was not near the top of the results, and the reason seems to be that there are a myriad of tales of woe with respect to the MG ZS EV.
Personally, I'd take this up with the Motor Ombudsman - I had a family member, who had an Alfa Stelvio, who had similar repeat issues and the Alfa dealer had their car for ages, with little to no progress - after the Ombudsman got involved, things got resolved satisfactorily.
I'd also be tempted to write a post, that details the facts of your case, using full descriptions, company names, etc - all the things that search engines like. Motoring press often don't want to bite the hand that feeds but factual accounts get picked up on search engines, giving your voice a much wider spread. Just my 2-pence but it may help.

Thanks Simon the ombudsman is involved but they go very slowly.
