Mine, a 3.7 Roadster, has a heat proof shield on the low mounted brake m/cylinder reservoir to protect against adjacent offside exhaust manifold. The clutch is higher so not required.
I think I can see a heat shield in the background of your photo - maybe on brake reservoir. Could the dealer who replaced clutch m/cylinder have forgotten to replace the reservoir shield or was one not fitted by MMC

Should be able to buy a replacement reservoir, they tend to be a push fit. Yes that has certainly melted, Morgan are damned good at locating these where they suffer het damage! looking at the location, I think like Richard said there should be a heat shield there. I'd give Morgan a call and ask for the service workshop as they should be able to give you the answer. I'd not suggest expecting to ask for a replacement as firstly they probably don't have one and if they did it would cost a small fortune ........... "and do you want the fixings Sir"?
I'm a fan of using old kitchen appliance metalwork to make any shields that I need. I particularly like deep fat fryers as they are all stainless and very tough, often with beautiful curved edges that I can incorporate into the finished article! I make most cuts with an angle grinder and ultra thin cutting discs.
From memory of my 2002 car there was a heat shield protecting the brake reservoir. It was insulation stuck onto metal. Fairly sure it was aluminium. A straight forward fabrication job. You can get suitable Al sheet off ebay. 1mm thick is easy to cut and form then stick insulation on the side towards the fluid reservoir. It was on the car when I bought it. If you buy some textured sheet then get enough to make shields for your cats as well. I did this and used stainless "cable ties" to fix them on.
When the MMC was recreating my destroyed Plus 8 in 2002/3, one of the many person design team was the Mark Baldwin, the Factory service chief. We discussed this area at length. I was very leery about the post June 1993 brake booster (which I swear by now) and dear Mark was concerned about the reservoir as my planned bhp was higher than standard and heat is function of bhp. and my original year had a twin branch manifolds system. He was right I had the melting brake reservoir on one side and a new often melting windscreen washer on the other. I admit to a dislike of wrapping things on my cars.
Baldwin checked what the MMC had and we designed workarounds, similar with what had worked for him before in his MMC crew team racing days We removed the brake reservoir, installed adapters sold everywhere and stainless sleeve-hosed them to a remote Aero 8 brake reservoir..that feeds both brake and clutch hydrualics. I keep meaning to get something prettier, but I forget. On the other side, I switched back to the small windscreen fluid reservoir that is far enough away from the exhaust NOT to melt (I admit to keeping on eye on how full that reservoir is. Almost empty reservoirs melt faster!.
