Thanks Paul, the police were actively seeking out their cctv of him tailgating me through Totnes in the 30mph zone.

It will be very interesting to see which way this goes but having a fully independent witness and the police reading what had happened and that he misjudged just about everything should help our case.

They wrote our car off after my photographic evidence lunchtime today.

The photos of the errant Porsche I took they were also interested in as evidential. He needs locking up for sure the only thing missing was his Bull Mastiff.

The bank transfer will be in the account this week, which is of solace after the knowledge that there are no injuries to any party in the three vehicles.
